Car broke down?  No gas money?  As a rural community health center, we know that just getting to your appointments can sometimes be a challenge.  Considering the cost of gas these days, affording trips to your Long Valley Health Center or your specialist appointments can seem like an impossibility.  That’s why we’re offering FREE transportation for you, our patient, to and from your appointments.

Our friendly driver will pick you up in a wheelchair accessible van or our comfy Subaru Forester to take you to your appointments here in Laytonville or can take you to Willits or Ukiah.
