Tara moved from the East Coast in 1994, she originally landed in South Lake Tahoe where she met her husband of 25 years. She obtained her CNA, AA in Early Childhood Development and AS in Human Services and is currently continuing on to her BS in Business Administration. After living in Round Valley for 18 years as the Family and Child Services Manager for Round Valley Tribal Head Start, she decided to go back into the Health Care Field and has been part of the Long Valley Health Center Team since 2019. Tara and her husband have raised 3 beautiful children, 2 being current college graduates. She now enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her adult children and new grandbaby.
