Quality Improvement Manager
Michelle Hill is committed to improving health and well-being in our community. With over 15 years of experience at Long Valley Health Center, Michelle leads quality initiatives that identify areas for improvement, design and implement workflow changes, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. She works closely with all departments to ensure ongoing quality, safety, and efficiency that improves our patients’ health and experience.
Michelle holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, which provide her with a diverse skill set that blends technical expertise with healthcare management. She has worked in a variety of areas throughout her career, including programming, animation, motion capture, website development, data analysis and now healthcare. This unique background enables Michelle to approach quality improvement with a data-driven mindset, leveraging technology to optimize processes and outcomes. She is a Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH CCE) and has a Lean Six Sigma Healthcare Yellow Belt Certification (SSYB).
Michelle is passionate about dance and music and has a deep appreciation for the arts and nature. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring, and being in the great outdoors especially in beautiful northern California.
